Sustainability
Our constructions use the most sustainable materials in terms of energy efficiency, durability and least damaging for the environment. We use local stones excavated from the land itself for better visual integration, highly isolating material allowing natural coolness in the summer and protection from marine humidity in the winters. Our housing projects allow for large volumes of rain water collection and storage. Solar powered water heating. Chlorine-free ionised pools. Highly durable buildings. Our first buildings on the island haven’t needed any renovation after nearly 2 decades, not even painting.
